Through this partnership, Gateway Health can avail Kiriworks’ Appeals and Grievances solution to strengthen its customer reach and business processes. Kiriworks’ Appeals and Grievances (A&G) solution automate processes to increase productivity, enhance visibility of processes, with accurate reporting and effective compliance. It can automatically distribute and prioritize each new grievance or appeal and can also classify materials to store case-related information and documents. The A&G solution provides an easy way to manage high-volume, time-and-labor-intensive processes and keeps an audit trail of the entire process to offer transparency into the process, including the approval and distribution record of documents.
