Relias Learning Rolls Out New Tools to Augment its Employee Development Support
CARY, NC: Relias Learning, a provider of online training and compliance solution for healthcare industry is extending its Workforce Tools offerings by supplementing three new features, Skills Checklist, Performance Optimizer and Policies and Procedures to amplify employee performance.
Workforce Tools is a learning management system that enables healthcare market to gauge feedbacks, and equip staff with required organizational skills.
Relias Learning’s Skills Checklist and Performance Optimizer will empower organizations to bolster employee performance by analyzing healthcare outcomes of the people they serve. The mobile friendly features enable healthcare service providers to measure, track scores and benchmark each employee’s performance through automated performance reviews. User can customize the measuring frequency along with the behaviors specified in the Learning Management System through Performance Optimizer. In addition they can produce consistent checklists and record them in one place through tablet-compatible Skills Checklist tool which creates agile recording observations.
The third tool Policies and Procedures let customers upload, assign, review, and report on policies and procedures within the Relias Learning Management System (RLMS). It ensures that employees read and revise a specific policy document and submit centralized and accurate report. It also includes version control—the ability to update and approve existing policies, reducing risk and monitoring compliance.
