Updox's Suite of Solutions to Develop Dentrix G5 and G6 Customer Experience
DUBLIN, OH: To enhance dental office experience, Updox- a Health Information Service provider has released a set of solutions for dental practice management software platform ‘Dentrix G5 and G6’ systems.
Updox offers Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Physician Connectivity platform for electronic health record (EHR) vendors. Its solutions including integrated electronic faxing, Updox Dmail Direct Secure Email for physicians and patient portals aim to streamline physician relationship and enhance collaborations with partners, increasing revenues and patients’ satisfaction.

Earlier, Dentrix Enterprise platform has relished services of Updox’s Direct Secure Email enabling medical practitioners to create Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture and send it safely to another provider. Updox also delivered its Patient Portal service to Dentrix Enterprise that gives a self-service option for patients with features such as online bill payment, messaging, forms for collecting data and sharing of lab records.
Now, along with Direct Secure Email and Patient Portal, Dentrix G5 and G6 customers can leverage Updaox’s Patient Payments solution for convenient cash deposit process with credit card on file feature that curtails need for bill statements. In addition, Dentrix can utilize paperless solution of Updox ‘Electronic Faxing’ allowing customers to collect, review, sign, edit and route faxes through their phone as well as send them instantly into the chart. Further, Dentrix patients can confirm, change or cancel appointments via text, phone and email by utilizing Appointment Reminder application.
